Terms and conditions

Terms & Conditions

1. Material Standards

Metal Components

All metal components used in our furniture are manufactured using high-quality rust-resistant GI (Galvanized Iron) materials. These components are coated with a protective metal primer to ensure enhanced durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term performance.

Plywood

We use premium Gurjan face chemical-treated plywood, known for its strength, durability, and resistance to environmental wear. This ensures a longer life span and better structural stability for all furniture products.

Fabrics

All fabrics used in our furniture are residential-grade quality materials. While we strive to match the design renders as closely as possible, actual fabric colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, screen displays, and fabric batch variations.

2. Warranty Coverage

Manufacturing Warranty

All furniture products come with a 5-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects.

Hardware Warranty

All hardware components installed in the furniture are covered under a 1-year warranty.

Warranty Limitations

The warranty does not cover damages caused by the following conditions:

  • Exposure to humidity, moisture, or water leakage

  • Improper usage or misuse of furniture

  • Physical damage caused after installation

  • Placement of furniture in wet, damp, or poorly ventilated areas

To maintain product longevity, furniture should always be placed in a dry and well-ventilated environment.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims can only be processed upon submission of the original GST bill issued at the time of purchase.

3. Customization Policy

All furniture and materials can be customized according to the client’s requirements, subject to design feasibility and mutual agreement between both parties.

4. Payment & Delivery Policy

Delivery Payment Requirement

The full payment (100%) must be completed before the furniture is delivered to the project site.

Standard Payment Schedule

(Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing)

  • 50% Advance Payment – Upon approval of the quotation

  • 40% Progress Payment – During the production stage

  • 10% Final Payment – Before loading and dispatch of materials

Delivery & Installation Policy

Delivery

Furniture delivery will be scheduled only after 100% payment of the invoice amount has been completed. Our team will coordinate with the client to confirm a suitable delivery date and time.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Project size

  • Customization requirements

  • Site accessibility

  • External logistics conditions

Any additional transportation or handling costs due to difficult site access (such as no lift access, restricted entry, or special handling requirements) may be charged separately.

Installation

Where applicable, our team will assist with basic installation of furniture at the site. Clients are requested to ensure that the site is ready and accessible for installation at the scheduled time.

Any delays caused due to unfinished site work or restricted access may result in rescheduling of installation.

Project Timeline & Production Duration

Production timelines depend on the design complexity, customization requirements, and project size.

Once the quotation and design are approved and the advance payment is received, production will begin.

Estimated timelines provided by our team are approximate and may be subject to change due to:

  • Design modifications requested during production

  • Material availability

  • External factors beyond our control

Clients will be informed about major updates or changes to the project timeline whenever necessary.
